Chef Rafael Morais invites you to a tasting dinner in the heat of the fire.
Three generations of Chefs from Octant Lousã will be present in what will be a day dedicated to food cooked with fire.
Chef Rafael Morais interned at Octant Lousã in 2014 and returned in 2018, now in charge of the restaurants of Octant Lousã.
Both Chef Miguel Silva and Chef Orlando Castro were once responsible for the cuisine at Octant Lousã (at the time it was the Palácio da Lousã Boutique Hotel) and are now at the Palace Hotel do Bussaco and Meliá Aeminium Coimbra Hotel, respectively.
